Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our agent below that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
• the URL(s) of the material on the Service, specific enough for us to locate it;
• your name, address, and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notification

If your work was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact details, consent to jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
