Once upon the past; When I used to be a mom, I lived in a chair-house Under a living hall roof. I had a husband, A son and a daughter too, I took care of them all As though a mother should. I prepared coffee in the morn, I teach my kids ethics. While everyone is out; I cleaned the house. Once they are back, We stay together as one, We crack jokes till nightfall And sleep as a family does. Then I realise I was the mom Even the dad too, I was the son, daughter And everything that matters. ∞ ∞ ∞
